Import ActiveCampaign contacts into JustCall Sales Dialer

Automatically add contacts to your JustCall Sales Dialer campaigns when they trigger an ActiveCampaign automation. New sign-ups, purchases, or list subscribers flow straight into your dialing queue.

Available on: Team plan or higher


What you need

  • An active JustCall account
  • A Sales Dialer campaign already created in JustCall

Set up the automation

  1. Log into ActiveCampaign and go to Automations.
  2. Click Create an automation and select Start from Scratch.
  3. Choose a start trigger (e.g., form submission, tag added, deal stage change).
  4. Click the + icon to add an action.
  5. Search for "JustCall - Add contact to SalesDialer Campaign" and select it.
  6. Enter your JustCall API Key and API Secret, then click Connect.
  7. Map the contact fields (see reference below).
  8. Click Finish to save, then set the automation to Active.

Contact field mapping

Manage multiple accounts

Click Add new account in the action configuration to switch between different JustCall accounts or manage multiple teams.
