Import ActiveCampaign contacts into JustCall Sales Dialer

Automatically add contacts to your JustCall Sales Dialer campaigns when they trigger an ActiveCampaign automation. New sign-ups, purchases, or list subscribers flow straight into your dialing queue.
Available on: Team plan or higher
What you need
- An active JustCall account
- A Sales Dialer campaign already created in JustCall
Set up the automation
- Log into ActiveCampaign and go to Automations.
- Click Create an automation and select Start from Scratch.
- Choose a start trigger (e.g., form submission, tag added, deal stage change).
- Click the + icon to add an action.
- Search for "JustCall - Add contact to SalesDialer Campaign" and select it.
- Enter your JustCall API Key and API Secret, then click Connect.
- Map the contact fields (see reference below).
- Click Finish to save, then set the automation to Active.
Contact field mapping
| Field | Description |

| Campaign | Select an existing JustCall Sales Dialer campaign from the dropdown |
| First Name (optional) | Enter a value or use a personalization variable |
| Last Name (optional) | Enter a value or use a personalization variable |
| Phone | Map the phone number using a personalization variable |
| Custom Contact Fields (optional) | Format as key1=value1 on separate lines, where key is the custom field ID |
Manage multiple accounts
Click Add new account in the action configuration to switch between different JustCall accounts or manage multiple teams.
