Salesloft Integration with JustCall

Overview

The JustCall-Salesloft integration enables automated recording and logging of calls and messages directly into Salesloft. Activities are created for all calls and texts against the customer with details such as notes, disposition, recording link, and more.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps in your JustCall account:

  1. Log in to your JustCall account
  2. Navigate to the Integrations section
  3. Under CRM and Helpdesk Tools, search for Salesloft
  4. Click Integrate
  5. Authorize JustCall to access your Salesloft account
  6. After authorization, you'll see "Integration connected successfully"

Required Salesloft Configuration

For seamless functionality, configure these fields:

  • Call disposition and sentiment fields: Should NOT be marked as required, as mandatory fields may cause logging issues
  • Phone number storage: Save numbers in default fields (Home Phone & Office Phone) to ensure proper contact matching and activity logging

Activity Logging

  • Calls are logged as Call Activities
  • Text messages are logged as Notes

Auto-Contact Creation

JustCall automatically creates new contacts for incoming calls from numbers not in your Salesloft account, ensuring no leads are missed.

Toggle Auto-Contact Creation

  1. Go to Integrations section
  2. Under My Active Integrations, find Salesloft
  3. Click the settings icon next to Salesloft
  4. Use the checkbox to enable or disable the setting

Chrome Extension

Install the JustCall Chrome extension to make calls directly from Salesloft without switching platforms.
