Kommo (formerly amoCRM) Integration with JustCall

Overview

The JustCall and Kommo integration enables users to call and text your contacts/companies from within Kommo. All communications—incoming and outgoing calls and texts—are automatically recorded as notes against contacts and companies. The integration also provides Click-to-Call and Click-to-Text functionality adjacent to phone numbers.

Integration Steps

Step 1: Access JustCall Integrations

  • Log into your JustCall account
  • Navigate to the 'Integrations' section in the sidebar
  • Search for Kommo and select the Integrate button

Step 2: Authorize with Kommo

You'll be redirected to Kommo's portal where you must:

  • Select your account from the available options
  • Click the 'Allow' button to complete the authorization process

Important Note

Managers, Admins, and Team Members will have to separately integrate their JustCall account with their Kommo account. Each user must complete the integration individually, though the process remains consistent across all user types.
