Save call recordings to Freshdesk tickets

Attach recording links to every Freshdesk ticket so your team can listen to calls without leaving the ticket view.

Available on: Team plan or higher


  1. Log in to your JustCall account.
  2. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  3. Click Configure under the Freshdesk integration.
  4. In the General Settings tab, turn on the toggle for Save recordings against tickets.

How it works

Once enabled, every call recording is automatically attached to the corresponding Freshdesk ticket as a URL. Your team can click the link to listen to or download the recording.

If you turn this toggle off, new tickets will no longer include recording links. Existing tickets keep their links.
