Create Contacts, Leads and Deals in Pipedrive for SMS

Overview

The JustCall and Pipedrive integration enables automatic logging of SMS activities. These activities are logged against your contacts (and associated leads or deals) when matching phone numbers exist in Pipedrive.

Note: Activities log even without matching contacts, appearing in the activities section but remaining unassociated.

How It Works

JustCall can automatically generate new contacts labeled "New JustCall Contact" in Pipedrive for unmatched phone numbers. Users can optionally create associated leads or deals simultaneously—though only one type (lead or deal) per contact.

Configuration Steps

1. Access Integration Settings Navigate to the integration section of your JustCall account.

2. Configure Pipedrive Select "configure" next to the Pipedrive integration.

3. Enable Contact Creation Under the general settings tab, locate "Choose to create a new lead/deal against this contact for SMS." Select your preference:

   • Create leads (convertible to deals later in Pipedrive)
   • Create deals directly
   • Disable automatic creation

4. Save Changes Click "save changes" at the bottom right.

Additional Features

Enable the setting to display Call and SMS logs under associated leads within Pipedrive's integration configuration.

Users can disable this feature entirely if automatic contact creation isn't desired.
