Disable the Logging of Call Recording Links in Call Details in Pipedrive

Overview

JustCall automatically logs call details in integrated Pipedrive accounts, including call recording links. This feature can be disabled for users who prefer restricted access to recordings.

Why Disable This Feature?

Three key reasons justify disabling call recording link logging:

  • Privacy concerns: Call recordings may contain sensitive information that should not be accessible to everyone
  • Cluttered interface: Recording links can clutter the call details section, making relevant information harder to locate
  • Compliance requirements: Some industries or regions have strict regulations on call recording accessibility

How It Works

Default behavior: JustCall logs all call details with recording links visible in Pipedrive

When enabled: All call details appear in Pipedrive except for the call recording link

Activation Steps

  1. Log into your JustCall account
  2. Navigate to the Integrations section in the left sidebar
  3. Select your active integration and click Configure
  4. Open the General Setting tab
  5. Scroll to locate Disable logging of Call Recording links in Call Details
  6. Toggle the setting to enable
