Log call transcriptions, summaries, and analysis to Help Scout
Surface call insights directly in Help Scout so your team can review transcriptions, summaries, and AI-powered analysis without leaving the helpdesk.
Available on: Team plan or higher (call analysis data requires AI Suite add-on)
Before you start
- JustCall must already be connected to Help Scout.
Available settings
| Setting | What it logs | Required plan |

| Log Call Summary | Call duration, outcome, and agent notes | Team or higher |
| Log Call Analysis Data | Sentiment analysis, call scores, and topic detection | AI Suite (Team Plus, Pro Plus, or Business Plus) |
Turn on transcription and analysis logging
- From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu.
- Go to the My Active Integrations tab and find Help Scout.
- Click Configure on the Help Scout card.
- In the General Settings section, toggle on the settings you want:
- Log Call Transcription Link
- Log Call Summary
- Log Call Analysis Data
- Click Save Changes. Optionally apply to all team members.
View logged data in Help Scout
- Log in to Help Scout.
- Go to Reports: Company and User.
- Click on a conversation number to open it.
- Transcription links, summaries, and analysis data appear within the conversation thread.
