Synchroteam Integration with JustCall
Overview
JustCall's Synchroteam integration lets you call and text your customers using JustCall. Each interaction automatically logs as an activity in Synchroteam, and you gain click-to-call and click-to-message capabilities next to your contacts.
Setup Instructions
On Synchroteam:
- Log into your Synchroteam account
- Identify your domain name (e.g., in
https://myaccount.synchroteam.com, "myaccount" is the domain) - Navigate to settings (top right corner) and select "more" from the dropdown
- Choose "authentication key" from the mobile and integrations section
- Copy your API key
On JustCall:
- Login to your JustCall account
- Go to integrations in the sidebar
- Click the "+Integrate" button
- Enter your domain name and API key in the prompted panel
- Select a Job Type from existing options or create a new one
- Click Save
Once complete, your Synchroteam account will appear in your Active integrations list.
