Synchroteam Integration with JustCall

Overview

JustCall's Synchroteam integration lets you call and text your customers using JustCall. Each interaction automatically logs as an activity in Synchroteam, and you gain click-to-call and click-to-message capabilities next to your contacts.

Setup Instructions

On Synchroteam:

  1. Log into your Synchroteam account
  2. Identify your domain name (e.g., in https://myaccount.synchroteam.com, "myaccount" is the domain)
  3. Navigate to settings (top right corner) and select "more" from the dropdown
  4. Choose "authentication key" from the mobile and integrations section
  5. Copy your API key

On JustCall:

  1. Login to your JustCall account
  2. Go to integrations in the sidebar
  3. Click the "+Integrate" button
  4. Enter your domain name and API key in the prompted panel
  5. Select a Job Type from existing options or create a new one
  6. Click Save

Once complete, your Synchroteam account will appear in your Active integrations list.
