Setup Odoo CRM Integration with JustCall
Overview
Sync contacts into JustCall or auto-import lists into Sales Dialer, log calls and texts, and track AI insights within Odoo CRM.
Prerequisites
- Odoo CRM account must be version 18 or above
- Owner or Admin role required on JustCall
Note: The integration supports both default and custom domains built on Odoo CRM.
Integration Steps for Account Owners and Admins
- Login to your JustCall account
- Navigate to the Integrations section
- Search for Odoo CRM under CRM and Helpdesk tools
- Click 'Integrate'
- Enter the following details:
Required Information
Database Name:
- Access via profile icon then "My databases"
- Copy your database name
URL:
- Enter only the domain portion (e.g., https://xyz.odoo.com/)
API Key:
- Profile icon then "Preferences"
- Switch to "Account Security" tab
- Click "New API Key" button
- Copy the generated key
Email:
- Enter your registered Odoo account email
User Setup for Team Members and Custom Roles
- Automatic mapping: Email-matched users integrate automatically
- Manual mapping: For users with different email addresses:
- Go to Integrations then Configure Odoo CRM
- Click "Map users" tab
- Select usernames from the dropdown for unmatched users
- Click "Save changes"
Contact Import to Sales Dialer
- Select contacts in Odoo CRM
- Click "Actions" then "Add to JustCall Sales Dialer"
- Choose existing campaign or create new one
- Map contact fields and set country code
- Configure campaign settings
- Begin dialing
Enable Click-to-Call and Click-to-Text
- Download JustCall's Chrome Extension
- Once installed, buttons appear automatically on contact profiles
AI Insights Sync
- Open Odoo CRM configuration then "General Settings" tab
- Enable toggles for:
- "Log Call Transcription Link"
- "Log Call Summary"
- "Log Call Analysis Data"
- Click "Save changes"
Note: AI data syncs 15-20 minutes after calls complete.
