Configure your ActiveCampaign integration settings

After connecting ActiveCampaign to JustCall, configure the integration to match how your team works. You control what gets logged, which numbers are tracked, and how contacts are tagged.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Use the JustCall web portal for all configuration. Mobile and desktop apps do not support ActiveCampaign settings.


Open integration settings

  1. From the dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu.
  2. Go to the My Active Integrations tab and find ActiveCampaign.
  3. Click Configure.

You will see four sections: General Settings, Workflow Settings, Connected Numbers, and Advanced Settings.

Click Save Changes after making adjustments. Optionally check the box to apply settings across all team members.


General Settings

Workflow Settings

Choose how each communication type gets logged in ActiveCampaign:

Connected Numbers

Select which JustCall numbers should log activities:

  • Use the dropdown to view all connected numbers.
  • Choose Select All or check specific numbers individually.
  • Configure phone call logging and SMS logging preferences separately.
