Log Your Calls in Pipeline CRM

Track where your calls are logged in Pipeline CRM using Integration logs. This feature helps you easily find specific calls within your CRM system.
Steps to Find Your Logged Calls
- Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review to open the call information window.
- View Integration Logs: Click on the 'Integration logs' option to expand the Pipeline CRM integration logs section.
- Check Log Status: Under "Integration logs," you can see whether your call was successfully logged into Pipeline CRM or not.
Understanding Your Results
- Successful Logging: A link will be provided that redirects you directly to your Pipeline CRM account where the call is recorded.
- Error Messages: If no integration log appears, an error message will indicate why the call wasn't logged. This typically occurs when your JustCall account isn't properly integrated with Pipeline CRM.
