Zoho Custom Fields Mapping for Sales Dialer

Map Sales Dialer custom fields to Zoho CRM fields using Zoho API field names. You can set mappings at the global level (applies to all campaigns) or at the campaign level (overrides global settings).

Finding Zoho API Field Names

1. In Zoho CRM, go to Setup > Developer Space > API.
2. Navigate to API Names > Contacts.
3. Find the field you want to map and copy its API name.

Global Field Mapping

1. Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations > Map Contact Fields.
2. Enter the Zoho API field name for each custom field.
3. Save settings.

Global mappings apply to all future Zoho imports.

Campaign-Level Mapping

1. When adding contacts from Zoho to a campaign, look for Zoho Api Name Field Mapping.
2. Enter field mappings specific to this campaign.
3. Campaign-level mappings override global settings.
