Number Privacy in Sales Dialer

Number Privacy masks customer phone numbers so agents can only see the last 4 digits during calls. This prevents contact information from being shared outside your organization.

Available on: All Sales Dialer plans.


Enabling Number Privacy

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Settings.
  2. Toggle Number Privacy on.

When enabled, all customer phone numbers appear masked (e.g., •••• •••• 4567) across the dialer interface. Agents can still dial contacts normally — only the display is masked.
