Scheduled Calls Section in Sales Dialer

The Scheduled Calls section shows all callbacks that have been scheduled but not yet dialed. Use it to track upcoming calls across all campaigns or within a specific campaign.


Viewing All Scheduled Calls

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > All Calls.
  2. Click the Scheduled Calls tab.

Each entry shows:

  • Contact name
  • Campaign name
  • Assigned team member
  • Scheduled date and time

Viewing Campaign-Specific Scheduled Calls

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Campaigns.
  2. Find the campaign and click the three-dot menu.
  3. Select Scheduled Calls.

After a Callback Is Made

Once a scheduled call is dialed, it disappears from the Scheduled Calls section and appears in the regular call logs.
