Outreach Integration with Sales Dialer

Sync contacts from Outreach sequences into Sales Dialer campaigns. Calls are logged automatically, tasks close in Outreach, and dispositions sync back.


Connecting Outreach

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations.
  2. Select Outreach and authenticate.

Importing Contacts

  1. Create a new campaign and select Outreach as the contact source.
  2. Choose an Outreach Sequence and specific Call Step.
  3. Filter by assigned users if needed.
  4. Default field mappings apply: phone, name, email, birthday, address.
  5. Import contacts.

Only Call steps can be imported — email and LinkedIn steps are not supported.


During Calls

  • A contact badge links directly to the Outreach profile.
  • Outreach dispositions and call purposes are auto-fetched for agents to select.

Automatic Logging

After each call, Sales Dialer:

  • Logs the call outcome, purpose, notes, and recording to Outreach
  • Auto-closes the corresponding Outreach task
  • Syncs the selected disposition

Resyncing Contacts

Click the three-dot menu > Resync to import new contacts that have entered the selected Outreach sequence step.
