Power Dialer

The Power Dialer dials numbers one at a time for a single agent. Before each call, you see the contact's information and CRM preview, so you can prepare before the call connects.

Best for

  • Individual reps working a focused list of high-value prospects
  • Personalized outreach where preparation between calls matters
  • Teams on Pro or Pro Plus plans that do not have SalesPro

What it includes

  • Voicemail drop (leave pre-recorded messages without waiting)
  • Auto-SMS after calls (send a text automatically after each call)
  • Disposition logging (categorize call outcomes)
  • Reattempt rules (automatically retry contacts based on disposition)
  • Sales scripts displayed during calls

Limitation

One agent per campaign. If your team needs to share a campaign, use the Dynamic or Predictive Dialer.

Dynamic Dialer

The Dynamic Dialer works like a Power Dialer that multiple agents share, with one critical difference: you can add contacts to a live campaign without stopping it. Campaigns run continuously until you manually pause them.

Best for

  • Teams with a steady stream of incoming leads (speed-to-lead workflows)
  • Never-ending prospect lists that grow daily
  • Multiple reps working the same campaign simultaneously

What it includes

Everything in Power Dialer, plus:

  • Multiple agents share one campaign
  • Add contacts at any time — the campaign never needs to stop
  • Continuous operation until manually paused

Limitations

  • Once a Dynamic Dialer campaign ends, it cannot be re-run. Start a new campaign instead.
  • Keep campaigns under 20,000 contacts for optimal performance.

Predictive Dialer

The Predictive Dialer dials multiple numbers at the same time. An algorithm predicts when an agent will become available and connects them only to calls answered by a live person. This maximizes the number of conversations per hour.

Best for

  • High-volume campaigns where connect rate matters more than personalization
  • Teams with enough agents to handle the higher call volume
  • Campaigns with large contact lists where speed is the priority

What it includes

Everything in Power Dialer, plus:

  • Multiple simultaneous calls per agent (configurable via "Maximum Calls Per Agent" setting)
  • Answering Machine Detection (AMD) to filter out voicemails
  • Voicemail Drop After Beep (requires AMD enabled)
  • Multiple agents share one campaign

Limitations

  • AMD accuracy is approximately 75% with a 4–5 second detection delay. Some live calls may be misclassified as machines.
  • Abandoned calls: If no agent is available when a contact answers, the system plays an automated message. This is a compliance consideration for regulated industries.
