Agent Metrics View

Click Agent Metrics (next to Overview) to see per-agent graphs for active campaigns, dialed calls, success rates, and more. Helps agents and managers make data-driven campaign decisions.


API Access

Use the Agent Analytics API to pull detailed metrics (pause time, call duration, connection rate) per campaign or agent. Useful for feeding data into Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards.

To get started:

  1. Get your API key from JustCall → Profile → APIs and Webhooks.
  2. Call the Agent Analytics endpoint with from_date, to_date, campaign_id, and agent_id.
