Pause and Resume a Sales Dialer Campaign

Need to step away? Pause your campaign without losing progress. The current call finishes, then dialing stops until you resume.
How to Pause
- While a campaign is running, find the Pause Calling button at the top-left of the Campaign Screen.
- Click it. The system completes the call in progress, then stops dialing remaining contacts.
How to Resume
Go to Campaigns, find your paused campaign, and click Run/Resume. Dialing picks up where it left off.
