Pause and Resume a Sales Dialer Campaign

Need to step away? Pause your campaign without losing progress. The current call finishes, then dialing stops until you resume.

How to Pause

1. While a campaign is running, find the Pause Calling button at the top-left of the Campaign Screen.
2. Click it. The system completes the call in progress, then stops dialing remaining contacts.

How to Resume

Go to Campaigns, find your paused campaign, and click Run/Resume. Dialing picks up where it left off.
