Local Presence in Sales Dialer

Display a number that matches your contact's area code. Local numbers get answered more often — especially in cold outreach.
How It Works
- You place a call through Sales Dialer.
- The system checks the contact's number and looks for a matching local number in your account.
- US/Canada — matches at the area code level (e.g., calling a 415 number uses your 415 number).
- Other countries — matches at the country level (e.g., calling a UK number uses any UK number in your account).
- No match? The system falls back to a default number.
How to Enable It
- In Sales Dialer, click Settings in the left panel.
- Under Dialer settings, toggle Local Presence on.
That's it. The system handles number selection automatically from there.

Availability
Local Presence is built into Sales Dialer — no add-on required. Available on Pro, Pro Plus, Business, and SalesPro plans. Manage from the JustCall Web Portal.
