Group Disposition in Sales Dialer

Organize call outcomes into groups so agents only see the dispositions relevant to their campaign.


Create a Disposition Group

  1. Go to Sales Dialer → Settings → Disposition.
  2. Click Create Disposition Group.
  3. Name the group.
  4. Drag the dispositions you want into the group.

Assign a Group to a Campaign

  1. On the Campaigns page, click the three-dot menu next to your campaign.
  2. Click Campaign Settings.
  3. Under Assign disposition group, select the group from the dropdown.
  4. Click Save.

Use Groups in Workflows

  1. Go to Workflows → +New Workflow.
  2. Name the workflow and assign it to a campaign.
  3. Under Conditions, click +Add Condition.
  4. Select "Disposition is set to" → choose Group → choose specific disposition.
  5. Under Action, click +Add Action and configure what happens when the condition is met.

This lets you trigger automated follow-ups, emails, or CRM updates based on specific call outcomes within a group.
