Group Disposition in Sales Dialer

Organize call outcomes into groups so agents only see the dispositions relevant to their campaign.
Create a Disposition Group
- Go to Sales Dialer → Settings → Disposition.
- Click Create Disposition Group.
- Name the group.
- Drag the dispositions you want into the group.
Assign a Group to a Campaign
- On the Campaigns page, click the three-dot menu next to your campaign.
- Click Campaign Settings.
- Under Assign disposition group, select the group from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
Use Groups in Workflows
- Go to Workflows → +New Workflow.
- Name the workflow and assign it to a campaign.
- Under Conditions, click +Add Condition.
- Select "Disposition is set to" → choose Group → choose specific disposition.
- Under Action, click +Add Action and configure what happens when the condition is met.
This lets you trigger automated follow-ups, emails, or CRM updates based on specific call outcomes within a group.
