HighLevel Integration with Sales Dialer

Import tagged contacts from HighLevel into Sales Dialer campaigns. Calls are automatically logged back to HighLevel as Tasks or Notes.

Preparing Contacts in HighLevel

Before importing, tag the contacts you want to dial:

1. In HighLevel, go to Contacts.
2. Use More Filters to find the right contacts.
3. Select contacts in bulk and apply a tag.

Importing Contacts

1. Create a new campaign and select HighLevel as the contact source.
2. Select the HighLevel tag(s) to import from.
3. Map fields between HighLevel and Sales Dialer.
4. Import contacts.

Resyncing Contacts

Click the three-dot menu > Resync to pull newly tagged contacts from HighLevel.

Automatic Call Logging

Calls are logged to HighLevel as Notes or Tasks, depending on your integration settings.

Configure the log type in Sales Dialer > Integrations.
