Drop Voicemail in a Sales Dialer Campaign

Leave a pre-recorded voicemail for a contact during or after a call — without staying on the line.

How to Drop a Voicemail

1. During or after a call, click the Voicemail button on screen.
2. Select the audio file from the dropdown menu.
3. Click Drop Voicemail.

The voicemail plays to the contact. You're free to move to the next call immediately.

Automatic Voicemail Drops (Predictive Dialer)

When Answering Machine Detection (AMD) is enabled on a Predictive Dialer campaign, voicemails can be dropped automatically when the system detects a machine. Configure this in campaign settings.

Tips

• Record voicemails that are 20–30 seconds. Shorter is better for callbacks.
• Upload multiple voicemail files so agents can pick the most relevant one per situation.
• Use automatic drops on high-volume Predictive campaigns to save agent time.
