Set what counts as a "successful" call in your Sales Dialer campaigns. This success rate metric appears in your campaign analytics and helps you evaluate which campaigns need follow-up.

Available on: All Sales Dialer plans.


Setting Success Criteria

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Settings.
  2. Find Define Success in the reporting section.
  3. Set your default success value — based on call ratings or dispositions.
  4. Click Save.

The success definition applies across all campaigns for reporting purposes.
