Power Dialer
Dials one contact at a time. The system advances automatically after each call. Single-agent only.
Choose this when:
- Each call needs personal attention
- Your list is small and focused
- You expect a high answer rate
- One rep manages their own pipeline
Dynamic Dialer
Dials sequentially like Power Dialer, but supports multiple agents on the same campaign. Add or remove contacts from an active campaign without pausing it.
Choose this when:
- Multiple reps share a campaign
- Your contact list grows throughout the day (e.g., from CRM triggers)
- You want sequential dialing with team-level collaboration
Dynamic campaigns cannot be re-run once initiated.
Predictive Dialer
Dials multiple contacts at once across multiple agents. Optimized for high volume — connects agents only to answered calls.
Choose this when:
- You have large lists (thousands of contacts)
- Your answer rate is low and you want to maximize connections
- Multiple agents are available simultaneously
Predictive Dialer supports Answering Machine Detection and automatic voicemail drops.
