Two-Way Sync with ActiveCampaign

Automatically sync custom field changes between Sales Dialer and ActiveCampaign in both directions. When agents update fields during calls, those changes appear in ActiveCampaign — and vice versa.

Available on: Pro or Business plan.

Setting Up Two-Way Sync

1. Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure.
2. Toggle on Two-Way Sync for ActiveCampaign.
3. Go to Integration > Map Custom Fields.
4. Map each Sales Dialer custom field to its corresponding ActiveCampaign field.
5. Save settings.

Changes made during or after calls sync automatically in the background.
