Create a Campaign from CSV

Start a Sales Dialer campaign using a CSV contact list from your spreadsheet.


Steps

  1. Navigate to Sales Dialer and click New Campaign.
  2. Choose your campaign type (Power, Dynamic, or Predictive).
  3. Select Upload File and choose the Text/CSV format.
  4. Drag and drop your CSV or browse to select it.
  5. After upload, click Map Contact Fields.
  6. Match your CSV columns to Sales Dialer fields. Save the mapping as default for future uploads.
  7. Click Create Campaign.
  8. Go to the Campaigns section and click Start to begin dialing.

CSV Tips

  • Include phone numbers with country codes (E.164 format) for best results.
  • The system skips rows with empty phone numbers and deduplicates on phone number.
  • Download the sample CSV template from the upload screen if you need a formatting reference.
