Create a Campaign from CSV

Start a Sales Dialer campaign using a CSV contact list from your spreadsheet.
Steps
- Navigate to Sales Dialer and click New Campaign.
- Choose your campaign type (Power, Dynamic, or Predictive).
- Select Upload File and choose the Text/CSV format.
- Drag and drop your CSV or browse to select it.
- After upload, click Map Contact Fields.
- Match your CSV columns to Sales Dialer fields. Save the mapping as default for future uploads.
- Click Create Campaign.
- Go to the Campaigns section and click Start to begin dialing.
CSV Tips
- Include phone numbers with country codes (E.164 format) for best results.
- The system skips rows with empty phone numbers and deduplicates on phone number.
- Download the sample CSV template from the upload screen if you need a formatting reference.
