Import contacts from Zoho CRM into Sales Dialer campaigns using the Sales Dialer Extension for Zoho. Supports Contacts, Leads, and Accounts modules with two-way sync.

Installing the Extension

Install the Sales Dialer Extension for Zoho from the Zoho Marketplace. Once installed, an Add to Sales Dialer button appears in your Zoho Contacts, Leads, and Accounts views.

Importing Contacts

In Zoho CRM, select contacts from the Contacts, Leads, or Accounts module.
Click Add to Sales Dialer.
Map fields by module (each module has its own field mapping).
Import contacts.
