Review call data for any campaign — duration, outcome, disposition, and recordings — from one analytics view.


How to Access Campaign Analytics

  1. Go to Sales Dialer → Campaigns from the side menu.
  2. Find your campaign and click the Analytics button in the Actions column.

The analytics screen shows every call in the campaign with:

  • Client details (name, number)
  • Call time and duration
  • Agent rating
  • Disposition code
  • Call recording playback

What to Look For

  • Connect rate — are enough contacts picking up?
  • Disposition breakdown — which outcomes dominate (interested, callback, not interested)?
  • Call duration — are conversations long enough to qualify leads?
  • Success rate — what percentage of calls achieve a positive outcome?

Use these signals to adjust scripts, reattempt rules, or campaign timing.
