Bitrix24 Integration with Sales Dialer

Import contacts from Bitrix24 into Sales Dialer campaigns with automatic field mapping and contact synchronization.

Importing Contacts

1. Create a new campaign and select Bitrix24 as the contact source.
2. Choose the entity type: Contacts or Companies.
3. Filter by Contact Type or Company Type.
4. Map fields between Bitrix24 and Sales Dialer.
5. Set a default country code and configure fallback phone numbers.
6. Import contacts.

Resyncing Contacts

Click the three-dot menu > Resync on your campaign to pull new or updated contacts from Bitrix24.

Default Field Mappings

Set global default mappings in Sales Dialer > Integrations to apply across all campaigns using Bitrix24.
