What is Dynamic Dialer?

Run outbound campaigns2 min readUpdated 2026-03-14

Dynamic Dialer lets you add or remove contacts from a live campaign without pausing it. Multiple agents dial sequentially from the same shared list.

How It Works

  1. Create a Dynamic Dialer campaign and import your initial contact list.
  2. Start the campaign — the dialer calls contacts sequentially, one per agent.
  3. Add new contacts or remove stale ones at any time. The dialer incorporates changes in the background without interruption.

When to Use It

  • Your contact list grows throughout the day (CRM imports, inbound leads, event sign-ups).
  • Multiple reps share the same campaign.
  • You want sequential dialing — not simultaneous — but need team-level collaboration.

Best Practices

  • Prepare multiple lists so you can feed new contacts as the campaign runs.
  • Remove stale contacts regularly to keep connect rates high.
  • Monitor analytics to spot slowdowns early.
  • Use CRM integration to automate contact flow into the campaign.

FAQs

Does adding contacts delay dialing? No. Contacts are added in the background while dialing continues.

What happens if I remove a contact mid-dial? If the call is already queued, it completes. Otherwise the contact is removed.

Is there a contact limit? No hard limit, but keep campaigns under 20,000 contacts for optimal performance.

Can I re-run a Dynamic campaign? No. Once a Dynamic campaign finishes, it cannot be re-run. Create a new campaign instead.

Availability

Dynamic Dialer requires the SalesPro plan. Manage campaigns from the JustCall Web Portal.
