Freshsales Integration with Sales Dialer

Import Contacts or Leads from Freshsales using custom views and filters. Calls are automatically logged back to Freshsales with recordings, notes, dispositions, duration, and timestamps.

Importing Contacts

1. Create a new campaign and select Freshsales as the contact source.
2. Choose Contacts or Leads.
3. Select a custom view or filter to narrow the import.
4. Map custom fields between Freshsales and Sales Dialer.
5. Set a default country code and configure a fallback phone field.
6. Import contacts.

Automatic Call Logging

Calls are logged by default. Configure log filters via Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure to control which call types are logged.
