Follow Up Boss Integration with Sales Dialer

Import contacts from Follow Up Boss smart lists into Sales Dialer campaigns. During calls, a contact badge links directly to the Follow Up Boss profile.

Importing Contacts

1. Create a new campaign and select Follow Up Boss as the contact source.
2. Choose a smart list to import from.
3. Map fields between Follow Up Boss and Sales Dialer. Add custom fields with the + icon.
4. Set a default country code and configure a fallback phone field.
5. Import contacts.

Contact Badge

During calls, a badge appears linking to the contact's Follow Up Boss profile. Click it to view the full contact record without leaving the dialer.

Automatic Call Logging

All calls are automatically logged as activity in Follow Up Boss with:

• Call details
• Call recording
• Agent notes

Resyncing Contacts

Click the three-dot menu > Resync on your campaign to pull new contacts from the selected smart list.
