Apollo.io Integration with Sales Dialer

Import contacts from Apollo.io sequences into Sales Dialer campaigns and automatically log call outcomes back to Apollo.io.

Available on: Pro plan or higher. Requires owner or admin access.

Connecting Apollo.io

1. Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations.
2. Select Apollo.io and authenticate your account.
3. Map users between JustCall and Apollo.io (auto-matched by email, or set manually).

Note: Only one Apollo.io account can be connected per JustCall account.

Importing Contacts

1. Create a new campaign or open an existing one.
2. Select Apollo.io as the contact source.
3. Choose the Apollo.io Sequence and specific Call Step number.
4. Contacts from that step are imported with default field mappings (phone, name, email, birthday, address).

Only Call steps from Apollo.io sequences can be imported — email and LinkedIn steps are not supported.

Resyncing Contacts

When new contacts enter your selected Apollo.io sequence step:

1. Open the campaign.
2. Click the three-dot menu > Resync.
3. New contacts are added to the campaign.

Automatic Call Logging

Calls made through Sales Dialer are automatically logged to Apollo.io with:

• Call outcome and purpose
• Agent notes
• Call recording link

Calls are logged only for contacts imported from Apollo.io. Apollo credits are not consumed.
