Two-Way Sync with Zoho

Automatically sync custom field changes between Sales Dialer and Zoho CRM. Requires Zoho API field names for mapping.

Available on: Pro or Business plan.

Setting Up Two-Way Sync

1. Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure.
2. Toggle on Two-Way Sync for Zoho.
3. Go to Integration > Map Custom Fields.
4. Map each Sales Dialer custom field using its Zoho API field name.
5. Save settings.
