Call Recording in Sales Dialer

Sales Dialer can automatically record all outbound campaign calls. You can enable or disable recording globally from your account settings.
Available on: All Sales Dialer plans.
Enabling or Disabling Call Recording
- Go to Sales Dialer > Settings.
- Find the Call Recording toggle.
- Switch it on to record all campaign calls, or off to stop recording.
The setting applies to all campaigns across all dialer types (Power, Dynamic, and Predictive).
