Call Recording in Sales Dialer

Sales Dialer can automatically record all outbound campaign calls. You can enable or disable recording globally from your account settings.

Available on: All Sales Dialer plans.


Enabling or Disabling Call Recording

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Settings.
  2. Find the Call Recording toggle.
  3. Switch it on to record all campaign calls, or off to stop recording.

The setting applies to all campaigns across all dialer types (Power, Dynamic, and Predictive).
