Forward Incoming Calls in Sales Dialer

When contacts call back on your Sales Dialer numbers, you can route those calls to a specific phone number — your personal mobile, a teammate's number, or another JustCall number.

Available on: All Sales Dialer plans.


Setting Up Call Forwarding

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Settings.
  2. Find the Forward Incoming Calls To field.
  3. Enter the number where you want incoming calls forwarded.
  4. Click Save.

This setting applies to all Sales Dialer numbers. Campaign-specific forwarding settings override this global setting.
