When contacts call back on your Sales Dialer numbers, you can route those calls to a specific phone number — your personal mobile, a teammate's number, or another JustCall number.
Available on: All Sales Dialer plans.
Setting Up Call Forwarding
- Go to Sales Dialer > Settings.
- Find the Forward Incoming Calls To field.
- Enter the number where you want incoming calls forwarded.
- Click Save.
This setting applies to all Sales Dialer numbers. Campaign-specific forwarding settings override this global setting.
