Send Email Through Sales Dialer Workflows

Automate follow-up emails after calls by adding an email action to your Sales Dialer workflows. When a call meets your workflow conditions, the system sends an email to the contact automatically.
Available on: All Sales Dialer plans.
Setting Up an Email Workflow
- Go to Sales Dialer > Workflows.
- Create a new workflow or edit an existing one.
- Select your campaign(s) and define trigger conditions (call status, duration, rating, disposition, etc.).
- Under Actions, choose Send E-mail to contact.
Configuring the Email
| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Sender Email | Your JustCall signup email (default) or a custom email address |
| Subject Line | The email subject — keep it clear and relevant |
| CC Recipients | Add up to 10 CC addresses, separated by commas |
| Body | Compose the email body. Use custom field variables to personalize with contact data |
How It Works
- Emails are sent when contacts are dialed and the call matches your workflow conditions.
- Replies go directly to the sender's inbox (your JustCall signup email or the custom email you configured).
