Automatically sync custom field changes between Sales Dialer and Salesforce. Updates during or after calls sync to both platforms, reducing manual data entry.
Available on: Pro or Business plan.
Setting Up Two-Way Sync
- Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure.
- Toggle on Two-Way Sync for Salesforce.
- Go to Integration > Map Custom Fields.
- Map each Sales Dialer custom field to its corresponding Salesforce field.
- Save settings.
