Automatically sync custom field changes between Sales Dialer and Salesforce. Updates during or after calls sync to both platforms, reducing manual data entry.

Available on: Pro or Business plan.


Setting Up Two-Way Sync

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure.
  2. Toggle on Two-Way Sync for Salesforce.
  3. Go to Integration > Map Custom Fields.
  4. Map each Sales Dialer custom field to its corresponding Salesforce field.
  5. Save settings.
