Greenhouse Integration with Sales Dialer

Import candidates or prospects from Greenhouse into Sales Dialer campaigns. Call details are recorded as notes against the candidate or prospect profile in Greenhouse.

Importing Candidates

1. Create a new campaign and select Greenhouse as the contact source.
2. Choose Candidates.
3. Filter by job and recruitment stage.
4. Default field mappings apply: phone, name, email, address.
5. Import contacts.

Importing Prospects

1. Select Prospects instead of Candidates.
2. Filter by prospect pools and owner assignments.
3. Import contacts.

Resyncing Contacts

Click the three-dot menu > Resync to pull new candidates or prospects that match your filters.

Default Mappings

Configure global field mappings in Sales Dialer > Integrations to apply across all Greenhouse campaigns.
