Import open call tasks from Salesloft cadences into Sales Dialer campaigns. Calls are logged, tasks are closed, and contacts advance to the next cadence step automatically.
Importing Contacts
- Create a new campaign and select Salesloft as the contact source.
- Choose a Salesloft Cadence and specific Step with call tasks.
- Map contact fields between Salesloft and Sales Dialer.
- Set a default country code and configure a fallback phone field.
- Import contacts.
Automatic Actions After Each Call
| Action | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Call logged | Call activity recorded in Salesloft |
| Task closed | The open call task is marked complete |
| Cadence progression | Contact advances to the next cadence step |
Call Sentiment
Enable View and Log Salesloft Call Sentiment in Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure to capture call sentiment data.
Resyncing Contacts
Click the three-dot menu > Resync to import new contacts that have entered the selected cadence step.
