AI Voice Agent Callbacks in Sales Dialer

Route campaign callbacks to JustCall's AI Voice Agent so missed return calls are handled automatically. The AI agent can answer questions, qualify leads, and schedule appointments using your pre-configured conversation scripts.

Available on: Pro Plan or higher. Team Plan users can add AI Voice Agent as an add-on.


Prerequisites

Before setting up AI-handled callbacks, you need:

  • An active AI Voice Agent trained with conversation scripts relevant to your campaign
  • A phone number assigned to the AI Voice Agent
  • An active Sales Dialer campaign

Setting Up AI Callbacks for a New Campaign

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > New Campaign.
  2. Complete your campaign setup (dialer type, contacts, settings).
  3. In the campaign settings, locate Forward incoming callbacks to.
  4. Select the AI Voice Agent's phone number from the dropdown.
  5. Save and launch your campaign.

Setting Up AI Callbacks for an Existing Campaign

  1. Go to Sales Dialer > Campaigns.
  2. Open the campaign you want to update.
  3. Navigate to Campaign Settings.
  4. In the Forward incoming callbacks to dropdown, select the AI Voice Agent's phone number.
  5. Save changes.

When a contact calls back on a Sales Dialer number, the call routes to the AI Voice Agent instead of ringing an available agent.
