Salesforce Integration with Sales Dialer

Import contacts and leads from Salesforce into Sales Dialer campaigns using two methods: the Chrome extension or Salesforce Campaigns.
Method A: Chrome Extension
- Install the JustCall Chrome Extension.
- In Salesforce, filter your contacts or leads list view.
- Select the contacts you want to dial.
- Click Add to Sales Dialer.
- Choose a new or existing campaign and map fields.
Troubleshooting: If the button doesn't appear, verify contacts are selected, the phone column is visible, and data has fully loaded.
Method B: Salesforce Campaigns
- In Sales Dialer, create a new campaign.
- Select Salesforce as the contact source.
- Choose a Salesforce Campaign to import from.
- Map fields and set defaults.
- Import contacts.
Field Mapping
Set global default mappings in Sales Dialer > Integrations to apply across all Salesforce campaigns. Add custom fields with the + icon.
Two-Way Sync
Enable bidirectional custom field sync:
- Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure.
- Toggle on two-way sync for Salesforce.
Updates during calls sync back to Salesforce automatically.
Requires: Pro or Business plan.
