Copper CRM Integration with Sales Dialer

Import contacts from Copper CRM into Sales Dialer campaigns, log calls automatically, and sync custom fields bidirectionally.

Importing Contacts

1. Create a new campaign and select Copper as the contact source.
2. Filter by contact type and date range.
3. Map fields between Copper and Sales Dialer. Add custom fields with the + icon.
4. Set a default country code and configure a fallback phone field.
5. Import contacts.

Default Mappings

Set global default mappings in Sales Dialer > Integrations > Map contact fields to apply across all Copper campaigns.

Two-Way Sync

Enable bidirectional custom field sync so changes made during calls update in both systems:

1. Go to Sales Dialer > Integrations > Configure.
2. Toggle on two-way sync for Copper.

Requires: Pro or Business plan.
