WhatsApp Analytics
Monitor your WhatsApp messaging performance with JustCall's analytics dashboard — track conversations, delivery rates, response rates, and template effectiveness.
Available on: Team plan and above
Accessing WhatsApp Analytics
- Go to Dashboard → SMS & MMS in the left menu.
- Click Analytics.
- Select the WhatsApp Analytics tab.
Key Metrics
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Unique Conversations | Number of distinct conversation sessions |
| Total Messages | All WhatsApp messages sent and received |
| Delivery Rate | Percentage of sent messages successfully delivered |
| Response Rate | Percentage of messages receiving customer replies |
Template Performance
- Template-Level Response Rate: Percentage of customers who respond to a specific template during the selected period.
- Average Template Response Rate: Cumulative average across all templates sent to customers.
Use these metrics to identify which templates drive engagement and which need revision.
Filtering
- Click the Filter icon (top-right).
- Filter by:
- Phone Numbers — view analytics for specific WhatsApp-connected numbers.
- Teams — compare team-specific messaging performance.
- Click Clear All to reset.
Date Range
Choose: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or custom dates.
