WhatsApp Analytics

Monitor your WhatsApp messaging performance with JustCall's analytics dashboard — track conversations, delivery rates, response rates, and template effectiveness.

Available on: Team plan and above


Accessing WhatsApp Analytics

  1. Go to DashboardSMS & MMS in the left menu.
  2. Click Analytics.
  3. Select the WhatsApp Analytics tab.

Key Metrics

MetricWhat It Measures
Unique ConversationsNumber of distinct conversation sessions
Total MessagesAll WhatsApp messages sent and received
Delivery RatePercentage of sent messages successfully delivered
Response RatePercentage of messages receiving customer replies

Template Performance

  • Template-Level Response Rate: Percentage of customers who respond to a specific template during the selected period.
  • Average Template Response Rate: Cumulative average across all templates sent to customers.

Use these metrics to identify which templates drive engagement and which need revision.


Filtering

  1. Click the Filter icon (top-right).
  2. Filter by:
    • Phone Numbers — view analytics for specific WhatsApp-connected numbers.
    • Teams — compare team-specific messaging performance.
  3. Click Clear All to reset.

Date Range

Choose: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or custom dates.
