Duplicate Bulk SMS Campaigns

Reuse a previous campaign's settings by duplicating it. The clone copies the message template, contact source, and sending number — saving you setup time for recurring campaigns.

How to Duplicate

1. Go to SMS/MMS → Bulk SMS → Campaigns.
2. Find the campaign you want to reuse.
3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the campaign.
4. Select Duplicate.
5. A new campaign draft opens with all settings pre-filled.
6. Modify the message, contacts, or schedule as needed.
7. Click Send Now or Schedule.

What Gets Duplicated

• Campaign name (with "Copy" appended).
• Message template and dynamic variables.
• Sending number.
• Contact source configuration.

What Doesn't Get Duplicated

• Previous campaign analytics (sent, delivered, failed counts).
• Opt-outs from the previous campaign are respected — contacts who opted out are excluded from the new campaign.
