Group Texting on Mobile Apps

Group texting works on JustCall's iOS and Android apps with the same functionality as the web version.

Prerequisite: Group Texting must be activated on your account first (see Group Texting in SMS).

Using Group Texting on Mobile

1. Open the JustCall mobile app.
2. Go to the Messages section.
3. Tap the Group Texting tab.
4. To create a new group, tap + and add contacts (up to 9 plus yourself).
5. Select your JustCall sending number (must be MMS-capable).
6. Send messages — all participants see the full conversation thread.

Mobile-Specific Notes

• Push notifications work for group messages just like individual conversations.
• The same limitations apply on mobile: US/Canada only, MMS rates, 10-participant maximum.
• Existing groups created on the web app appear automatically in the mobile app.
