Compose and Reply to Emails from JustCall

Write new emails and reply to customer threads directly from JustCall. Your messages send from your connected email address, and the full conversation stays visible to your team in the shared inbox.

Available on: Premium and Custom plans


Compose a new email

  1. Go to Email Inbox in the JustCall dashboard
  2. Click Compose (or the pencil icon)
  3. Enter the recipient's email address in the To field
  4. Add Cc or Bcc recipients if needed
  5. Enter a subject line
  6. Write your message in the rich text editor
  7. Click Send

The email sends from your connected email account. Recipients see your email address as the sender.


Reply to an email thread

  1. Open an email conversation from your inbox
  2. Click Reply at the bottom of the thread
  3. Type your response in the editor
  4. Click Send

Your reply stays threaded with the original conversation. To reply to all recipients, click Reply All. To forward the email to someone outside the thread, click Forward.


Rich text editor

The compose window includes formatting tools:

  • Bold, italic, and underline text
  • Bulleted and numbered lists
  • Hyperlinks
  • Text alignment
  • Font size adjustments

The editor produces clean HTML that renders correctly in all major email clients.


Attachments

  1. Click the Attach icon (paperclip) in the compose window
  2. Select files from your computer
  3. Attachments appear below the message body

Maximum attachment size is 25 MB per email. Supported file types include documents, images, PDFs, and spreadsheets.


Use templates

Speed up repetitive replies with email templates:

  1. In the compose window, click the Templates icon
  2. Search or browse available templates
  3. Click a template to insert it into the message body
  4. Edit any dynamic variables or personalize the text
  5. Send when ready

Signatures

Your email signature is automatically appended to every outgoing email. To set up or change your signature, see Email Signatures.
