Send Bulk SMS to Contacts

Send bulk messages directly to contacts already in your JustCall address book — no CSV upload needed.

How to Send

1. Go to SMS/MMS → Bulk SMS → Create Campaign.
2. Select Contacts as the source (instead of CSV or Google Sheets).
3. Choose contacts individually, or select a Contact List to message an entire group.
4. Compose your message. Use dynamic variables for personalization.
5. Select your sending number.
6. Review and click Send Now or Schedule.

Filtering Contacts

Use filters to target specific contacts:

• Tags — send to contacts with specific tags.
• Numbers — send to contacts associated with a particular JustCall number.
• Custom fields — filter by any custom field values you've set.
