Use More Than 5 Tags in SMS
By default, JustCall displays up to 5 tags on an SMS conversation. If you need more granular categorization, you can add additional tags beyond the visible limit.
How Tags Work in SMS
- Tags help you categorize and filter SMS conversations (e.g., "VIP," "Follow-up," "Support," "Sales Lead").
- You can assign tags manually on any conversation.
- The first 5 tags are displayed directly on the conversation card. Additional tags are accessible by clicking the tag area.
Adding More Tags
- Open an SMS conversation.
- Click the Tags area or icon.
- Type a new tag name or select from existing tags.
- Add as many tags as needed — there is no hard limit on the number of tags per conversation.
Filtering by Tags
- In the SMS inbox, click the Filter icon.
- Select Tags as a filter criterion.
- Choose one or more tags to filter conversations.
