JustCall enforces sending limits to protect number reputation and ensure carrier compliance. Limits vary by number type, registration status, and plan.

Daily Limits

JustCall may apply daily sending limits per number to prevent carrier filtering. These limits depend on your account age, sending history, and number reputation.

Check your current daily limit under SettingsPhone Numbers → select a number → SMS Limits.

Increasing Your Limits

  • Register for 10DLC with accurate brand and campaign information to unlock higher throughput tiers.
  • Improve your trust score — use a verified EIN, maintain a company website, and provide consistent registration data.
  • Verify toll-free numbers to remove the unverified throttle.
  • Contact support if your registered throughput doesn't match your trust score tier.
